How soon does my order ship?

All items except for vintage furniture pieces ship within 7-10 business days, unless stated otherwise in the listing. If purchasing a vintage furniture piece, please allow 10-12 business days to process and ship your order. All orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. Typically, shipping times very depending on location, but usually our customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days after items have shipped. You can track your order anytime by using the tracking number sent to your email on file.

What if my item/s arrive damaged?

This is something that can unfortunately happen. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery as well as take pictures of the label, box, packaging and item and send them to us via our email at thecopperedfernllc@gmail.com - We will need 7-10 photos as well as your name and order number. As soon as we receive your email with photos of your damaged items, we will process a refund via the payment method used at checkout.

Return policy

Please note all sales on vintage/antique items are final. All items under cozy home, home fragrance and cleaning essentials can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us asap via the chat button in the bottom of the screen to initiate your return. Items need to be unused and returned in its original box and packaging. A return label will be sent to you via the email we have on file. Please note a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from any refund totaling over $150. As soon as we receive your item/s a refund minus the cost of shipping will be refunded back to the card on file.

What if I changed my mind and need to cancel my order?

Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if needing to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout.
